セラーサービス事業本部Amazonビジネスマーケットプレイス事業部において既存の出品事業者に向けたMarketing活動の推進ならびに各種B2B programの推進/改善を担うリーダーを募集します

業務内容
1. Amazon Businessの既存事業者に向けてのマーケティング戦略の立案
重要なマーケティング施策に関する目標を規定しその達成のための戦略を立てますその戦略は論理的効果的効率的現実的であることが求められています

2. マーケティング戦略に基づいたアクションプランの策定その進捗の管理
マーケティング戦略に基づいて迅速に日々の活動を行い仮説検証を行いながら内容を改善しチームとして結果を出すことが求められています そのために結果を最大化するためのメカニズムの構築きめ細やかな進捗管理のための仕組みづくりが求められます

3. Amazon Business向けプログラムの推進と改善
策定された年間計画に基づき導入されているAmazon Business向けプログラムに対して様々な既存出品事業者のニーズを深く理解しますさらにその声に基づいて国内外のステークホルダーにその改善をリーダーとして促しAmazon Business全体の成長を促進していく役割を担うことが求められます


Amazon Business is one of the strategic growth pillars for Amazon Japan Marketplace business. It was launched in 2017 as B2B business in Amazon Japan Marketplace and is one of the fastest growth business segment in Amazon Japan. This role Marketing Manager for Amazon Business is required to take a lead for several Marketing initiatives for entire Amazon Business team. The scope of role includes marketing strategy development to motivate Sellers to accelerate their B2B business in Amazon set the right goals for the team track them with mechanism improve efficiency and deliver results while managing talent development. This role also requires to manage launched programs for B2B business understand Seller needs with deep insight and continuously improve its execution for Seller Experiences working closely with internal stakeholders including Product Management team and Account Management team.

- 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
- Experience in brand identity and voice development
- Experience creating brand marketing content

- Experience using customer research hard data and metrics to back up assumptions generate forecasts and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email web analytics and CRM (Marketo Tableau Salesforce etc.) for targeting segmentation reporting for demand generation
