Job Summary :

Red hat Japan Enterprise MSRのセールスチームではStrategic Account Managerを募集していますこの役割では日本の大手製造流通サービスを中心としたインダストリーのレッドハットの製品サービスを源泉とした収益利益顧客満足度をサポートします特にCレベルやそれに準ずる顧客キーパーソンとの関係を管理維持します顧客のニーズ業界動向重要な成功要因を理解しレッドハットの2桁成長を実現するための戦略を策定することが必要です アカウントエグゼクティブとしてチームをリードしこれらのアカウントに対するセールススペシャリストプリセールス業務コンサルティングサービスのリソースをコーディネートします

Primary Job Responsibilities :

• レッドハットにとって重要かつ戦略的に重要な指定されたグローバルアカウントとの顧客関係を管理する

• 指定されたアカウント内で新しい関係を維持開発しながらCレベルの役員を含む組織のすべてのレベルでRed Hatを重要なビジネスパートナーとして位置づける

• 明確な目的行動所有者売上目標を持つグローバルアカウント戦略および計画を設定し四半期ごとの目標およびアカウントの全体的な戦略的発展を念頭に置く

• アカウントチームリーダーシップを発揮し成功のためのベストプラクティスを共有しチームを成功に導く

• プリセールスサポートコンサルティングサービスのチームと連携し担当アカウントに対するレッドハットの提供製品ポートフォリオ全体を成長させる

• 正確な予測とパイプラインの構築に重点を置いた製品ポートフォリオ全体のプロスペクトからクロージングまでのセールスサイクル全体の管理

• 関係するチーム間の連携をサポートし担当するアカウントのビジョンを作成する

• 顧客ニーズと営業目標を達成するために新しい革新的な方法を導入しチームと協力する

• 不可能を可能にする成長マインドセットと周囲の巻き込みとリーダーシップ

Required Skills :

• 5年以上の企業向けITセールスの経験を有し大企業向けアカウントの管理に成功した実績があること - アカウント戦略の設定コミットメントされた予測の実現販売目標の超過達成の記録

• 大口顧客に対する単独責任者としての経験オーバーレイセールスプリセールスコンサルティングサービスなどのチームと連携調整した経験

• 複数の製品サービスを提供する企業におけるソリューションセールスの精神

• 速いペースでダイナミックな環境で成功するための個人的な動機付け

• 日本語と英語の優れたコミュニケーション能力書面および口頭) があれば尚可
