Amazon Businessにおいて既存の出品事業者に向けたアカウントマネジメント活動の推進ならびに各種B2B programの推進改善を担うチームのリーダーを募集します
業務内容
1. Amazon Businessの既存事業者に向けてのビジネス成長戦略の立案
チームの年間ビジネス目標を規定しその達成のための戦略を立てますその戦略は論理的効果的効率的現実的であることが求められています
2. 成長戦略に基づいたアクションプランの策定その進捗の管理
ビジネスの成長戦略に基づいて迅速に日々の活動を行い仮説検証を行いながら内容を改善しチームとして結果を出すことが求められています そのために結果を最大化するためのメカニズムの構築きめ細やかな進捗管理のための仕組みづくりが求められます
3. Amazon Business向けプログラムの推進と改善
策定された年間計画に基づき導入されているAmazon Business向けプログラムに対して様々な既存出品事業者のニーズを深く理解しますさらにその声に基づいて国内外のステークホルダーにその改善をリーダーとして促しAmazon Business全体の成長を促進していく役割を担うことが求められます
Amazon Business is one of the strategic growth pillars for Amazon Japan Marketplace business. It was launched in 2017 as B2B business in Amazon Japan Marketplace and is one of the fastest growth business segment in Amazon Japan and future strategic pillar for growth. This role Manager of Existing Seller Management for Amazon Business is required to lead the team of Account Managers for Amazon Business team. The scope of role includes business growth strategy development to motivate Sellers to accelerate their B2B business in Amazon set the right goals for the team track them with mechanism improve efficiency and deliver results while managing talent development. This role also requires to manage launched programs for B2B business understand Seller needs with deep insight and continuously improve its execution for Seller Experiences working closely with internal stakeholders including other functional teams such as Product Management Marketing and Seller recruiting team.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and communicate business growth strategies that set clear annual goals for the team and outline the approach to achieve them ensuring strategies are logical effective and grounded in market realities
- Create and manage action plans based on growth strategies establishing mechanisms to track progress test hypotheses and refine approaches while building systems that maximize results and enable continuous improvement
- Lead program management and enhancement efforts by understanding seller needs deeply advocating for improvements with internal and external stakeholders and driving execution that enhances seller experiences across Amazon Business
- Build and develop high-performing teams by setting clear expectations providing coaching and feedback and creating an environment where account managers can grow and contribute meaningfully to business objectives
- Collaborate across functions including product management marketing and seller recruiting to align on priorities share insights and ensure coordinated execution that supports overall business growth

- Bachelors degree
- Experience in Sales/Business Development or Account Management roles
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese
- 5 years of managing and developing teams experience
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience independently driving VP-level documents
- Experience managing analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience with data analysis and SQL and
- writing complex Excel VBA macros
- English Proficiency Business Level
