Job Summary

Who We Are Looking ForUnder the general direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) Intelligence Manager the EIS Intelligence Analyst will staff the clients Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and directly implement and execute tasks related to the clients integrated risk management and global security program. The analyst will be located at the clients office in Rolling Meadows IL based on a 24/7 schedule. The shift work will follow a 12-hour Panama shift schedule and require evening overnight weekend and holiday work. The analyst may need to travel for certain : Rolling Meadows ILWhat You Will Work onRecognize and respond to crisis situations and initiate proactive action using independent judgment and professional training aligned with client standard operating procedures (SOPs).Track and respond to travel reservations to high-risk and respond to relevant alerts and world events for client impact on travelers assets and employee and traveler safety intelligence and impact information to appropriate client Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) produce succinct written and oral assessments that include beneficial oral and written intelligence and programmatic briefings to members of the clients security team or business leadership various client requests and ensure that the requesters get the information and services they require in a timely the clients footprint and interests to anticipate client with security team members effectively and and develop client solutions processes and to the maintenance of the clients proprietary program leverage existing Crisis24 resources to address gaps in analyses assessments capabilities and in producing briefings presentations communication documents or client metrics and produce regular potential improvements to the program and SOPs to the EIS liaise with the client to better understand their requirements and consistently engaged daily with duties as assigned within the scope of the dedicated client You Will BringBachelors degree required; Masters degree or equivalent experience is preferred2 to 5 years of experience in intelligence analysis threat assessment incident response and management or a related field requiredExcellent research writing and verbal briefing skillsExcellent analytic skills including familiarity with analytic techniques. Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Google Earth and problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervisionAbility to adhere to timelines and deadlines with effective time management skillsEstablishing and maintaining positive professional rapport with other analysts and SME as well as client contactsForeign language and travel experience preferredCustomer service experience preferredNote:Position is on-site at client locationFlexible hours and workdays are required to meet Crisis24 core 24/7 missionExtensive periods of sittingOccasional travel to events or client locations may be requiredCandidates will be asked to pass a pre-employment background check as well as writing and technology aptitude screenings as a condition of employment
