Workday Integration

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to design develop and support integrations between Workday and external systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday integration tools such as EIB Workday Studio and Cloud Connect along with the ability to manage end-to-end integration lifecycle activities.

• Design develop and implement Workday integrations using EIB Workday Studio and Cloud Connect
• Lead integration design sessions and gather business requirements from stakeholders
• Perform integration planning scoping and inventory analysis
• Develop and execute unit testing debugging and deployment of integrations
• Ensure smooth data transformation mapping and migration across systems
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration delivery
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve integration-related issues
• Maintain documentation for integration processes and technical specifications

• Strong experience in Workday Integrations (EIB Studio Cloud Connect)
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio development
• Solid understanding of integration design data mapping and transformation
• Experience in end-to-end integration lifecycle (design build test deploy)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment

• Experience with Workday HCM Finance or Payroll modules
• Knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST) XML XSLT
• Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles

A Workday Integration Consultant is responsible for implementing and supporting integrations between Workday and external systems. This includes leading design sessions developing integrations testing deployment and providing ongoing support while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
