Mandatory Skills : digital/broadcast trafficking systems digital and linear promotional campaigns
Job Description:
Supervisor of Multiplatform Traffic Operations will provide focused support stabilization accuracy and optimization of end-to-end trafficking processes. This role supports the execution of digital and linear promotional campaigns across the client portfolio including original series acquisitions theatricals sports documentaries and brand initiatives while helping to strengthen workflow integrity reduce errors and enhance cross functional coordination. Partnering closely with the Sr Director of Interstitial Planning this position plays a key role in reinforcing process consistency improving trafficking accuracy and ensuring campaign readiness across owned and operated properties. This position is full time in an in-office work model
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Utilizing internal systems Airtable IBMS Salesforce to enter job assets for owned and operated properties
Maintain trafficking charts for upcoming and delivered assets to keep on schedule for rollout
Follow and enhance trafficking processes to improve accuracy reduce setup errors and increase workflow efficiency
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements and deliverables
Ability to handle multiple campaigns across various platforms and each platforms individual nuances
Workflow Execution Operational Continuity
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher or equivalent experience
Knowledge of digital broadcast trafficking systems and process Airtable IBMS Salesforce GAM Freewheel etc
Requires excellent proficiency in verbal and written communications
Interpersonal skills are essential to the success of this position as they will work closely with internal partners
Accuracy detail-oriented ability to manage large quantities of metadata for deliverables
Highly organized and capable of working multiple simultaneous campaigns and deadlines
Resourcefulness problem solving
Flexibility and adaptable to fast paced changes
Able to function independently
