Opportunity for Histotechnologists in Atlanta GA.

13-week contract with 5x8s (4 pm to 12:30 am).

Job Details and Requirements:

Min of 2 years of experience within the specialty (Pathology Laboratory).
Required - ASCP (HT/HLT) and BLS.
Successful completion of a formal histology technologist training program or an Associates degree in chemical physical or biological sciences.

Job Duties:

Pathology Cytology and IHC are all in Dept. 705- receiving specimens from surgery accessioning specimens into Cerner.
Collection of blocks from PA staff processing tissue embedding cutting and staining of slides.
