Title: Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Outpatient Rehab / Pediatric & Adult SLP
Location: Onsite Pikeville KY
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract

Job Description:
Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) providing outpatient rehab services for pediatric and adult patients with speech language and swallowing disorders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat pediatric and adult patients with speech language and sensory-motor disorders
Develop individualized outpatient speech therapy treatment plans and goals
Deliver speech therapy language therapy and swallowing therapy in outpatient rehab setting
Document patient progress treatment outcomes and billing-related information
Provide patient and family education including home exercise and therapy programs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and referral sources
Support weekend and holiday coverage in acute/IPR settings when applicable
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and clinical best practices

Kentucky SLP License required
