Summary:

• Validate shop and supplier schedules to ensure adherence to plan.

• Ensure systems accurately reflect current status of orders.

• Develop solutions to complex supply chain problems consistent with organizational objectives.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis and end-of-month escape analysis.

• Serve as primary focal point and external spokesperson for assigned orders; brief leadership on major matters impacting performance and delivery.

• Assist in identifying and resolving supply chain constraints discrepancies and risks affecting on-time delivery and revenue capture.

• Monitor performance metrics analyze trends and take mitigating action to meet performance objectives.

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure financial performance and on-time delivery of spares contracts.

• Utilize primary systems and tools including PC Queries GOLD and Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:

• Security Clearance: Secret (post start)

• PL1 Access: Ability to obtain customer approval for access; dual citizenship may be acceptable if US citizenship is verifiable.

• 1 years of experience in Supply Chain.

• 1 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• 1 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Access Outlook SharePoint).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
