JOB TITLE: HR Support

PAY RATE: $28/hour

Summary:

• Perform general personnel and clerical tasks in areas including:

  • Employee records

  • Benefits

  • Education and training

  • Employment

  • Compensation

  • Equal employment opportunity

• Maintain both manual and automated personnel records

• Collect compile and analyze sensitive and confidential personnel statistics

• Prepare reports while managing relationships between internal and external HR information systems

• Provide information to authorized personnel and employees regarding policies and procedures especially related to employee services (e.g. non-monetary recognition work-life balance initiatives)

• Stay familiar with:

  • Company policies and procedures

  • Surveys and market data

  • Employee data

  • Relevant laws and regulations

  • Labor and collective bargaining agreements

  • Business plans labor forecasts and recruiting data

  • Business principles as they relate to personnel matters

• Collaborate with HR team members to analyze and design processes and systems to:

  • Effectively attract talent

  • Reward employees

  • Motivate the workforce

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of related HR or personnel administration experience

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
