Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workers Compensation Attorney to join our team in Los Angeles CA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience primarily focused on Workers Compensation cases and a solid understanding of related laws and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Workers Compensation cases from inception through resolution
- Represent clients in hearings depositions and court proceedings
- Provide legal advice and guidance on Workers Compensation matters
- Review and prepare legal documents including pleadings motions and settlement agreements
- Communicate effectively with clients insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in California
- Experience primarily in Workers Compensation law
- Strong negotiation communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling a high-volume caseload
- Strong litigation and settlement experience
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Salary: $100000 $200000 per year (based on experience)
