About the Role:

We are actively seeking experienced Partners practice groups or small firms looking to expand their practice within a strong national platform.

This is a unique opportunity for accomplished attorneys with an established book of business to scale their practice in a supportive growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow an established legal practice or practice group
• Manage and expand client relationships across key industries
• Handle complex high-value legal matters with strategic oversight
• Collaborate with other partners and practice groups to deliver integrated client solutions
• Contribute to firm-wide growth initiatives including mentoring and business development
• Leverage firm resources technology and networks to scale your practice effectively

Practice Areas & Client Exposure:

You will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries and legal areas including financial services retail oil and gas telecommunications construction life sciences technology government entities and non-profit organizations.

Additionally you will be able to collaborate across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive solution-oriented legal services to clients.

What You Bring:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• 7 years of legal experience ideally with an established book of business
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and generate revenue
• Strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal work
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow and lead a practice
• Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
