Job Summary

Personal Injury Trial Attorney

This role offers a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to take ownership of cases and make a meaningful impact on clients lives. You will be responsible for managing cases from initial client interaction through resolution including trial preparation when necessary.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients guiding them through complex legal processes with empathy clarity and confidence while also advocating strongly on their behalf in negotiations and litigation. The role requires a balance of legal expertise strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to evaluate cases and provide legal guidance
  • Build trust through compassionate and transparent communication
  • Manage case progress including claims demands and settlement discussions
  • Communicate with insurance companies and other stakeholders
  • Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court when required
  • Maintain consistent client updates and ensure high service standards

Requirements & Skills:

  • Full-time availability
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
  • Active membership in the New Jersey Bar in good standing
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Strong ability to evaluate claims and case value
  • Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proactive solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
