Description:
The IT Services & End User Experience department within IT is looking for a Client Technology Technician to join our team. Our department provides critical operations and infrastructure support to the entire client enterprise. The Client Technology Technician will be responsible for end-user technology support specializing in mobile devices using the iOS and android operating systems
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
This position provides end-user technology support specializing in mobile devices using the iOS and Android operating systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the iOS and Android operating systems (such as iPhone/iPad and Android devices support.)
Provide maintenance and support for basic client products peripherals and network. Partner with business clients to understand user needs and provide improvement to business processes resolve problems and technical solutions. This position is responsible for one or more projects/work initiatives/tasks concurrently as a team member. Work under general guidance from senior team members.

Work with team leaders or senior team members to understand users client technology requirements document requirements
Provide input during project/task planning efforts with team members
Provide feedback on new software performance and testing
Participating in Level 2 issue assessment and resolution of problems
Diagnoses and resolve client mobile device hardware and software issues
Create temporary solutions until permanent solutions can be implemented
Provide technical support to meetings that include video conferencing
Document solutions to common problems and responses
Provide feedback on the development procedures based on established policies related to Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery development
Gather research data on vendor products
Support IT inventory management
Provide on-the-spot training to clients as needed
Manage asset Inventory
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job
Education/Certifications Include:
Associates degree in related field preferred
