Role Summary
The HR Representative provides operational HR support with a focus on case management policy compliance and employee/manager guidance. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners Legal Talent Acquisition and Payroll to ensure consistent compliant and timely execution of HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries including employee relations policy interpretation compliance and process guidance
- Manage and support HR case management workflows (e.g. ServiceNow or similar systems) ensuring proper documentation triaging resolution and escalation of issues
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) Legal Total Rewards Payroll and Talent Acquisition to ensure compliant execution of workforce actions
- Support audits investigations and compliance reviews by gathering required documentation and responding to data requests
- Maintain HR knowledge articles process documentation and standards to ensure consistency and mitigate risk
- Provide guidance to managers on HR policies procedures compliance obligations and appropriate handling of employee matters
- Conduct New Hire Orientation sessions
- Complete I-9 employment eligibility verification processes
- Address walk-in employee inquiries and provide timely support
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HR operations shared services or HR compliance
- Hands-on experience with HR case management systems and structured workflows
- Ability to clearly explain complex HR or legal concepts to non-HR stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global or multi-region HR operations
- Familiarity with cross-functional HR governance models and escalation frameworks
