Position: Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

• Design and deliver scalable high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Act as a senior individual contributor with strong hands-on expertise in Apex LWC OmniStudio and integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions using:
  • Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce
• Build and manage workflow automation using:
  • Salesforce Flow and Process Builder
• Develop and maintain:
  • Apex Triggers Batch Jobs Queueable Jobs for large-scale data processing
• Leverage OmniStudio tools:
  • FlexCards OmniScripts DataRaptors for tailored UI/UX solutions
• Implement and manage data integrations:
  • REST & SOAP APIs external system connectivity
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Perform code reviews debugging and performance optimization
• Ensure adherence to best practices in development deployment and integrations
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Implement Salesforce security model:
  • Profiles Permission Sets Roles Sharing Rules Public Groups

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Apex LWC Triggers Visualforce
  • Salesforce Flow / Process Automation
• Experience with:
  • Batch Apex Queueable Apex asynchronous processing
  • Salesforce data handling and large data volume processing
• Expertise in:
  • REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
  • Salesforce security and data sharing model
• Solid understanding of:
  • Salesforce platform architecture and best practices

Preferred Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards OmniScripts DataRaptors)
• Familiarity with:
  • Sales Cloud Service Cloud Health Cloud
• Experience with:
  • Version control tools (preferably Flosum)
  • CI/CD and automated deployment tools
• Exposure to industry-specific Salesforce solutions

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
• OmniStudio Developer Certification
• JavaScript-related certifications (nice to have)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical stakeholders)
• Ability to work in collaborative cross-functional environments
