Job Summary

Core Responsibilities:

Oversee and advocate for a complete caseload from intake to resolution
Foster excellent communication with both the team and clients
Lead your case management team in delivering exceptional customer service
Represent the firm at company and community events

Qualifications:

Experience: 1 up to 3 years as a California applicant or defense attorney handling all aspects of workers compensation cases including depositions hearings trials and appeals
Licensure: Active California State Bar membership
Transportation: Valid California drivers license and the willingness to travel occasionally overnight to various boards in Northern California
