Job Summary

IT Administrator (IT Analyst)

Location: New Jersey USA
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Company: Midwestern IT Inc.
Work Authorization: Open to U.S. Citizens Green Card Holders GC EAD and H4 EAD holders

Key Responsibilities :

Administer configure and maintain IT systems servers and network infrastructure
Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability
Troubleshoot hardware software and network-related issues
Manage user accounts permissions and access controls
Install upgrade and maintain operating systems and enterprise applications
Implement and maintain data backup disaster recovery and security best practices
Document system configurations processes and technical procedures
Support IT projects deployments and system upgrades
Provide end-user technical support and training as needed

Required Qualifications ;

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
0 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator IT Analyst or similar role
Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux environments networking fundamentals and system security
Familiarity with Active Directory Office 365 and basic cloud environments is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
