Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Troubleshoot and resolve desktop laptop and application problems.
2) Install configure and maintain computer systems and software.
3)Manage user accounts permissions and access controls.
4)Maintain documentation of issues solutions and processes.
Required Qualifications:
1)Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
2)1 4 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
3)Basic knowledge of Windows macOS and common business applications.
4)Good communication and customer service skills.
