Job Description:

Position: Product Owner

Location: McLean VA

What Youll Do

Define and prioritize product backlogs to align with client goals and data-driven strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories
Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure timely high-quality product delivery
Monitor product performance and iterate based on insights and user feedback
Facilitate agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement across delivery teams

What Youll Bring

8 years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Data Analyst
Strong expertise in the Mortgage industry (processes data regulatory context)
Deep knowledge of ETL processes data analysis and Informatica
Proven ability to independently drive product delivery including requirements user stories backlog prioritization roadmap and squad leadership
Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and business validation (checkout)
Strong partnership with QA teams including test scenario definition defect resolution and end-to-end testing support (manual & automated)

Bonus Points For

Familiarity with data platforms analytics tools or cloud technologies
Certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
Experience working with distributed or global teams
Exposure to regulatory or risk-focused data initiatives
Background in business analysis or data strategy
