The Creative Director will oversee a multidisciplinary team and ensure all outputs meet professional publishing standards while supporting mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead creative direction across publications digital platforms and multimedia content
Oversee design layout branding photography video and visual storytelling
Manage and mentor creative teams including designers photographers videographers and web developers
Ensure all creative outputs meet commercial-quality standards and align with brand and mission requirements
Establish and enforce visual identity style guides and design systems
Collaborate with editorial leadership to align visuals with messaging and content strategy
Review and approve all final creative deliverables
Ensure consistency across print digital and multilingual formats
Integrate culturally relevant design approaches for global audiences
Required Qualifications
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility (or ability to obtain)
10 years experience leading creative teams for professional publications or large-scale campaigns
Experience managing graphic designers web designers photographers and video teams
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end publication design and multimedia execution
Experience working within structured brand and production environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting DoD federal or international communications efforts
Experience with multilingual and cross-cultural content design
Background in strategic communications influence operations or media campaigns
Experience integrating print digital and social media ecosystems
