We are aggressively seeking a proven Used Car Director / Used Car Manager who is ready to take full control of a high-volume operation and drive performance profitability and team accountability to the next level.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a leader-someone who knows how to buy right price right turn inventory fast and build a winning culture.

Take full ownership of the used vehicle department operations
Manage inventory acquisition appraisal pricing and merchandising
Drive gross profit volume and inventory turn
Lead train and develop a high-performing sales team
Establish and enforce process-driven sales systems
Monitor daily activity traffic and performance metrics
Work closely with F&I to maximize backend performance
Oversee reconditioning timelines and inventory readiness
Implement aggressive marketing and merchandising strategies
Maintain accountability across the entire used vehicle operation

Minimum 4 years of automotive management experience (Used Car focus preferred)
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales and gross objectives
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train motivate and hold teams accountable
Deep understanding of inventory management appraisals and market-based pricing
High energy driven and results-oriented mindset
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Valid drivers license
