Job Summary

Job Title: Scrum Master Job Type: Contract Duration: 6 Months W2 Only Location: Lawrence MA (Hybrid 2 Days Onsite Local Candidates Only) Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Scrum Master with experience in Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) to support Agile teams and drive successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agile tools and strong collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives)
Support teams in adopting and improving Agile practices
Coordinate and participate in PI Planning
Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders
Track progress using Agile tools and metrics

Required Skills:

2 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Product Manager / Product Engineer
Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe or similar)
Hands-on experience with Agile tools:
- Jira Azure DevOps Rally or VersionOne
Experience with PI Planning
Strong communication and team facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

SAFe certification or equivalent Agile certification
Agile training or technical background preferred
Active participation in the Agile community
