Job Summary
Position:IT Support Administrator
Mode of Job: 5 Day Onsite
Location: Draper UTAH
Country: United States
What You Will do
User lifecycle management through Active Directory and Okta
Collaborate on handling help desk support issues.
Configuring corporate workstations for new hires staff upgrades
Assist local and remote staff on hardware software and networking issues
Assist in the upkeep of office meeting room technologies (AV)
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects upgrades and enhancements
Who You Are
Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills
Proficient in documentation and focused on consistent quality support
Willingness to learn new technologies and services
Interested in driving automation and taking ownership over SaaS tooling
Demonstrates self-management skills while working independently from a remote location
What You Have
3 years of experience in Help Desk or above roles
Working knowledge of Windows (DHCP DNS etc.) beyond basic knowledge
Experience with Windows MDM such as Desktop Central (Manage Engine) or Microsoft Intune
Experience with a wide range of SaaS products (Okta Google Suite Zapier Jira Confluence
etc)
Foundational industry certifications such as A CCNA and Security
Demonstrates self-management skills while working independently with a remote team.
Experience with automation/ai is a plus
