Job Summary

Title : SAP DMS

Location : Remote

Job description:

We are looking for an SAP DMS consultant to implement SAP DMS for the client and and ideal candidate will be someone who can manage configure and optimize our document management processes within SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain SAP DMS module to support business document management requirements

Design and implement document structures classification systems and metadata schemas

Manage document versioning change control and approval workflows

Implementing BTP Document Management Service

Ensure proper integration between SAP DMS and other SAP modules MM QM PP EWM etc

Building dashboard for reporting quick search of documents

System Integration

Integrate SAP DMS with external systems third-party applications and outlook integration

Develop and maintain interfaces for document exchange using SAP PI/PO or CPI

Troubleshoot and resolve DMS-related issues including CPI IDOC failures and batch job errors

(Optional) Support CAD integration and engineering change management processes
