We are seeking an experienced SAP LE/EWM Functional Lead to support logistics and warehouse transformation within an S/4HANA environment. This role focuses on hands-on solution design configuration and implementation across manufacturing warehouse and distribution operations.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design build and deploy scalable logistics solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

• Serve as the functional lead for SAP LE and EWM within S/4HANA
• Design and optimize logistics processes including:
  • Inbound receiving
  • Putaway and storage control
  • Picking packing and shipping
  • Handling unit management
  • Production supply and staging
  • Replenishment and inventory movement
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Support process standardization across operations

• Lead and contribute to full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations
• Perform hands-on configuration aligned with approved designs
• Develop functional specifications test scripts and validation plans
• Support integration design and end-to-end testing
• Participate in hypercare and post-go-live support

• Ensure integration with SAP modules including SD MM PP QM and Finance
• Support connectivity with external systems such as WMS TMS and MES
• Work with integration teams using tools such as CPI PI/PO or MuleSoft

• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and define workflows
• Lead workshops and support solution validation
• Contribute to Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Support training change management and deployment readiness

• 8 years of hands-on SAP LE WM or EWM experience
• 3 years working in S/4HANA environments
• At least one full S/4HANA implementation (design through go-live)
• Experience supporting logistics in discrete manufacturing environments (MTS MTO CTO or ETO)

• Strong experience with SAP EWM:
  • Warehouse structure storage control waves RF HU management
• Experience with SAP LE:
  • Shipping transportation packing route determination
• Understanding of inventory management batch/serial tracking and physical inventory
• Experience writing functional specifications and test documentation
• Familiarity with integration concepts EDI and logistics interfaces

We are targeting hands-on functional consultants with direct experience in:

• S/4HANA implementation (not production support)
• Discrete manufacturing environments (include companies)
• Solution design and process flow development
• Configuration and technical setup within SAP

Candidates should clearly demonstrate:

• Where and when they completed S/4 implementations
• Their specific role in solutioning and design
• Current hands-on responsibilities

This role is not aligned with solution architects advisory roles or project leads. We are specifically looking for individuals actively involved in configuration design and delivery.
