Job Summary (List Format):
- Perform assembly operations on electronic electro-mechanical mechanical or measurement product components sub-assemblies and final assemblies
- Follow methods and sequences for wiring component installation hand soldering cable harnessing welding and fitting
- Execute production tasks rework and quality testing related to parts and assemblies
- Adhere to all operating procedures and maintain the highest safety standards
- Collaborate with manufacturing associates engineering quality and leadership teams
- Support engineering experiments and operational improvement initiatives
- Participate in identifying and implementing production area improvements
- May assist in developing and modifying manufacturing methods and procedures
- Apply acquired job skills company policies and procedures to complete tasks
- Work independently on routine and moderately difficult tasks; seek guidance for new assignments
- Recognize obstacles adapt as needed and partner with senior technicians or Team Leads for decision-making
- Maintain and promote a safe work environment reacting to any unsafe situations
- Meet quality efficiency and safety requirements and standards
- Organize and verify all components before assembly
- Assemble moderately complex sub-assemblies and final assemblies per procedures
- Execute moderately complex soldering to IPC standards
- Read and interpret moderately complex schematics and blueprints
- Use mechanical and electrical tools measurement devices and hand tools
- Complete required quality and assembly documentation
- Consistently meet standard production cycle times
- Use test equipment independently within Operations areas
- Report non-conformances and complete necessary documentation
- Ensure processes align with quality standards
- Perform root cause investigations and troubleshooting
- Participate in process validations and suggest improvements
- Complete simple redlines to documentation as directed by engineering
- Participate in daily improvement discussions and MDI processes
- Maintain and execute 5S standards in the work area
- Complete and maintain accurate training records
- Conduct inventory transactions and maintain inventory integrity
- Process work order transactions using Oracle system
- Retrieve documentation using Oracle and Agile as needed
- Maintain data entry tools and manage material orders
- Adhere to production schedules including potential overtime and weekend work
- Track project codes for assigned work tasks
