Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical Developer
Location: NY/NJ (Onsite 3 days/week)
Work Model: Hybrid (No Remote)
Relocation: Open to candidates willing to relocate
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Extension likely)

Overview:
Seeking a highly technical Oracle HCM Developer with strong expertise in HCM Cloud integrations reporting and Fast Formulas with supporting functional exposure to Payroll and related modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical:
- Design and develop HCM integrations using OIC REST/SOAP APIs and HDL
- Build and maintain HCM Extracts for outbound interfaces
- Develop and enhance Fast Formulas (Payroll Absence Benefits)
- Perform HDL data loads and troubleshoot data issues
- Write and optimize SQL/PL-SQL queries for validation and reporting
- Develop OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports
- Customize Redwood UI pages and HCM configurations
- Troubleshoot integration failures data issues and production defects
Functional:
- Gather and understand requirements across Payroll Benefits Absence and Time & Labor
- Support payroll-related technical issues and assist during payroll runs
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions
Testing & Support
- Participate in SIT/UAT and quarterly patch testing
- Provide production support and issue triage
- Collaborate with functional and offshore teams
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Technical focus)
- Expertise in HCM Extracts Fast Formulas HDL and OIC
- Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs and HCM integrations
- Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting
- Exposure to Redwood UI and HCM configurations
- Functional knowledge of Payroll (mandatory) plus Benefits Absence and Time & Labor
- Bachelors degree in CS IT or related field
