Hiring: Program Delivery Lead FinTech Platforms
Location: Arlington VA (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time
We are looking for a Technical Delivery Leader with a strong engineering background who can drive end-to-end delivery of complex fintech/banking platforms in high-performance environments. This is a hands-on execution-first role - not PMO or coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Lead delivery across architecture development testing & production
- Drive execution under tight timelines & regulatory constraints
- Own production stability incident management & system reliability
- Partner closely with engineering teams on architecture & design
- Engage with senior stakeholders (VP/CXO) and lead executive discussions
- Strong background in Java Spring Boot Microservices
- Experience with Event-driven architecture (Kafka) REST APIs
- Exposure to AWS CI/CD pipelines UNIX/Linux environments
- Solid understanding of distributed systems data pipelines & observability
- 15 years in technology delivery
- 8 10 years leading complex engineering programs
- Strong experience in FinTech / Banking / Capital Markets
- Prior consulting experience (Accenture IBM Big 4 preferred)
- Strong engineering foundation with hands-on experience
- Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced high-performance environments
- Excellent stakeholder management & executive communication skills
- Open to U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only
