Job Summary

Hiring: Program Delivery Lead FinTech Platforms

Location: Arlington VA (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Leader with a strong engineering background who can drive end-to-end delivery of complex fintech/banking platforms in high-performance environments. This is a hands-on execution-first role - not PMO or coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery across architecture development testing & production
Drive execution under tight timelines & regulatory constraints
Own production stability incident management & system reliability
Partner closely with engineering teams on architecture & design
Engage with senior stakeholders (VP/CXO) and lead executive discussions

Technical Expertise

Strong background in Java Spring Boot Microservices
Experience with Event-driven architecture (Kafka) REST APIs
Exposure to AWS CI/CD pipelines UNIX/Linux environments
Solid understanding of distributed systems data pipelines & observability

Required Experience

15 years in technology delivery
8 10 years leading complex engineering programs
Strong experience in FinTech / Banking / Capital Markets
Prior consulting experience (Accenture IBM Big 4 preferred)
