Hiring: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Founding Team)

$150K $250K Equity

Were looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join an early-stage fast-growing startup building cutting-edge AI-powered products for a large underserved industry.

This is a founding team opportunity where youll work across frontend backend and AI systems to build highly impactful real-world solutions.

What Youll Do

Build and ship end-to-end product features
Develop high-performance UIs using React & TypeScript
Design scalable backend systems and APIs
Work on AI-driven workflows LLM integrations and real-time systems
Collaborate closely with design product and customers
Optimize performance scalability and reliability

What Were Looking For

5 years of full stack development experience
Strong skills in React TypeScript and modern frontend
Backend experience (Python TypeScript or similar)
Experience building and shipping SaaS products
Solid understanding of system design and scalable architecture

Nice to Have

Experience with AI/LLMs or AI-powered products
Knowledge of data pipelines retrieval systems or document processing
Startup experience and product mindset
