Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in the banking sector. The ideal candidate and auto finance will possess a deep understanding of banking operations regulations and business analysis methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technology teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather document and prioritize business needs.
• Lead workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and facilitate discussions among stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including business cases process flows and user stories.
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance business processes.
• Support project management activities by providing insights and updates on project status and risks.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Provide training and support to end users to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in Banking Business Analysis with a strong understanding of banking products services and regulations.
• Expertise in business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of emerging banking technologies and digital transformation trends.
• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Information Technology or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on the banking industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects and delivering results in a fast paced environment.
