Job Title: Systems Analyst / Testing (Medicaid Management Information System) - Hybrid

Job Description:
As a Systems Analyst focused on Testing you will provide senior level analytical and testing leadership for a large-scale healthcare claims processing environment. You will support analysis testing and quality assurance across member claims and finance modules ensuring system changes are accurate compliant and stable while coordinating with technical teams business users and vendors in an Agile delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements upgrades and new module implementations.
• Perform advanced analysis across member claims and finance workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Lead development and execution of test strategies including SIT UAT and end to end testing.
• Coordinate and manage multi vendor testing activities and defect triage through resolution.
• Support data conversion and integration testing across enterprise modules and COTS solutions.
• Drive root cause analysis for complex production defects and define corrective actions.
• Validate business test scenarios test cases and test data for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor testing schedules execution progress and communicate risks and status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure changes do not introduce downstream impacts.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• In depth experience with healthcare claims processing systems such as MMIS or similar platforms.
• Proven leadership coordinating functional integration regression and user acceptance testing.
• Strong experience with Agile testing practices within iterative sprint cycles.
• Advanced data analysis skills including data mapping validation and ETL logic.
• Proficiency writing complex queries using Teradata or equivalent SQL platforms.
• Experience managing test execution and defects using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Ability to lead defect triage sessions across multiple vendors and systems.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer focused approach.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
