Job Title: Infrastructure Design Coordinator - Hybrid

Job Description:
As a Infrastructure Design Coordinator you will support space design and optimization initiatives by developing and modifying infrastructure floorplans that incorporate audiovisual systems video conferencing IoT devices and network infrastructure. You will collaborate with workplace planning leaders technical teams and external partners to identify design issues recommend solutions and ensure infrastructure layouts align with space utilization and construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update floorplans for A/V systems video conferencing IoT devices and network drops.
• Review infrastructure and space designs to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Participate in meetings related to space design planning and optimization initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between workplace solutions leadership and technical teams.
• Use design and markup tools to support infrastructure layout and documentation.
• Coordinate with real estate capital project teams vendors lessors and contractors.
• Collaborate closely with telecom network operations and video conferencing teams.
• Support alignment of infrastructure designs with building standards and construction constraints.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Experience designing and modifying floorplans for AV telecom IoT and network infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of building infrastructure construction processes and architectural drawings.
• Ability to identify design problems and propose effective space optimization solutions.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and similar design or review software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for cross functional collaboration.
• Experience working with real estate teams contractors and external partners.
• Ability to participate effectively in design and planning discussions.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $60.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
