Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format): Senior GIS Programmer / Systems Analyst
- Develop maintain and upgrade GIS applications primarily using ArcGIS Server and related ESRI technologies.
- Design and maintain ArcGIS server web applications and support web application upgrades.
- Provide technical support and configuration for CityWorks and associated GIS web services.
- Repair and upgrade existing Facilities and utility toolsets using Visual C# Visual Studio and ArcObjects SDK.
- Utilize programming languages and technologies such as JavaScript HTML C# and Python for application development and maintenance.
- Work with ArcGIS Model Builder ArcGIS APIs and other ESRI solutions (ArcGIS Web AppBuilder Collector ArcSDE ArcGIS Mobile).
- Analyze and resolve program and production issues in GIS and related systems.
- Develop and maintain database queries triggers and stored procedures using SQL; create reports with SSRS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Apply strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle and SQL Server preferred).
- Follow a hybrid work schedule (approx. 40% remote 60% onsite); fully remote work is not available.
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or related field; experience with government entities; experience in systems analysis change management or project management.
