Job Summary:
The Electrical Helper supports electricians and crews on job sites by assisting with basic tasks related to electrical work. Under the supervision of a Foreman or licensed electrician the helper ensures that work areas are safe and organized tools and materials are readily available and tasks are completed efficiently. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in learning electrical trade through hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in electrical installations.
- Ensure job site safety and cleanliness.
- Provide materials and tools as needed.
- Perform manual labor and support duties as directed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Reliable Transportation.
- Physical ability to perform job duties.
- Strong communication skills.
Physical Demands:
- Regularly lift up to 50 pounds; occasionally more with assistance.
- Prolonged standing and walking on various surfaces.
- Frequent ladder use and work at heights.
- Regular bending kneeling and working in confined spaces.
- Frequent use of hands for tools and precision work.
- Good vision and hearing required; use of PPE including safety glasses and hearing protection is mandatory.
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
- Comply with OSHA safety guidelines and wear PPE as needed.
- Report hazards and follow safe work practices.

- Protective equipment is required in noisy dusty or hazardous environments.
- Work may involve tight spaces and handling heavy tools.
- Overtime weekend and emergency work may be required.
