Summary:

• Lead the design analysis and verification of high-speed digital PW assemblies operating across P-Band (225 390 MHz) S-Band (2.4 GHz) and other satellite radar/communication frequency ranges.

• Apply advanced high-speed digital design techniques to ensure signal integrity performance and manufacturability.

• Develop PCB designs in Altium Designer (eCAD) with a strong focus on design for manufacturability (DFM).

• Ensure compliance with IPC PCB standards and aerospace design requirements.

• Mentor junior mixed-signal PCB designers and promote best-in-class design practices.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

• Extensive experience designing high-speed digital PW/PCB assemblies for aerospace satellite or space-borne applications.

• Deep familiarity with IPC PCB standards.

• Expertise in advanced high-speed digital design techniques.

• Strong proficiency in Altium Designer (eCAD) for manufacturable PCB design.

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and supporting mixed-signal PCB development.

• Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
