Job Summary

- Conduct regular inspections of properties under management to assess their condition and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
- Document inspection findings accurately and thoroughly including photographs and detailed notes.
- Communicate inspection results to relevant stakeholders including property owners tenants and internal management teams.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to address identified issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date records of inspection reports and related documentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans to minimize future issues.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns from property owners and tenants regarding property conditions.
- Previous experience in property management real estate or a related field preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and software applications.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license are required.
