Research Fellow-PC-Gastroenterology-Huang lab
Jacksonville, FL - USA
Job Summary
The Huang Laboratory at Mayo Clinic is a translational physicianscientistled research program focused on developing next-generation non-viral liver-directed gene therapy platforms for cancer and rare diseases. Our work centers on innovative hydrodynamic and endoscopic delivery approaches to enable efficient liver-specific gene transfer and in situ production of therapeutic molecules. By integrating gene therapy cancer immunology and advanced endoscopy our goal is to create scalable safe and re-dosable alternatives to viral vectors and to develop transformative treatments for gastrointestinal malignancies such as colorectal and hepatocellular cancer. The lab operates within a highly collaborative environment at Mayo Clinic with strong connections to immunology transplantation bioengineering and clinical trial programs enabling rapid translation from bench to bedside.
