Job Summary
Position Summary
Assist the head coach with all aspects of the Field Hockey program including but not limited to practice competition activities player skill development recruiting directing and implementing plans for daily practices and competitions organizing and administering clinics etc. and overall administrative tasks within the operation of the program. Must demonstrate integrity leadership a strong commitment and ability to motivate teach counsel and recruit academically qualified students.
Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
At least one year of coaching experience in an intercollegiate environment preferably at a Division I level. Knowledge of Field Hockey techniques terminology and skill awareness essential. Knowledge of and familiarity of NCAA rules and regulations. Good organizational interpersonal communications and computer skills necessary.
Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Masters Degree preferred. Prefer at least 1 year in relevant independent or educational activities.
