Make a difference

As a part-time Grants Coordinator at Mid-Ohio Food Collective you will be responsible for researching funding opportunities and preparing grant proposals to secure financial support for our programs. Day-to-day activities will include maintaining relationships with grant-making organizations tracking deadlines and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. You will work collaboratively with program managers to gather necessary data and insights for effective proposals. Additionally you will assist in reporting on grant progress organizing documentation and maintaining our grants database. Effective communication is key as you will be engaging with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate the grant process.

Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach will be crucial as you contribute to our mission of alleviating hunger and fostering community development.

What you need to be successful

To be successful in this role several key skills are essential.
