Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Analyzes orders identifies incompatible option content and makes recommendations to dealers/customers
• Coordinates with product engineers and dealers as necessary to resolve incompatibilities.
• Provides technical guidance for changes during pilot inspections and feedback related to technical information.
• Helps implement and coordinate new programs
• Manage projects for continuous improvement initiatives
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Attendance is an essential function of all positions

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical data
Demonstrate a high level of initiative and follow through
Strong desire to learn new roles and activities within department
Demonstrate and maintain high level of flexibility
Strong knowledge of heavy duty trucks is preferred
Must be detail oriented
Must be capable of multi-tasking

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
BS degree in Engineering or Technical field is preferred
Three to five years of truck or automotive experience with demonstrated understanding of mechanical devices and manufacturing processes
Two years of PACCAR experience is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to understand complex tasks
Familiarity of CICS system
Proficient with Windows systems
