Job Summary


GreySteel in partnership with Thrive HR is actively recruiting transitioning service members and veterans for multiple full-time career opportunities across our employer network.

We work directly with organizations that value the discipline leadership and technical expertise developed through military service. Candidates will be matched with roles aligned to their experience career goals and preferred location. Opportunities are available across a variety of industries and functional areas.


Potential Career Paths

We are hiring for roles in:

  • Operations & Leadership: Project Management Logistics Supply Chain Operations Management

  • Information Technology: IT Support Cybersecurity Systems Engineering Network Administration

  • Business Operations: Accounting Marketing Sales Account Management Administrative Support

  • Skilled Trades: Advanced Manufacturing Maintenance Construction Security Operations


Location & Work Environment:

  • Multiple locations nationwide

  • Work environments may include on-site hybrid or remote depending on the role


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support operational and project-based initiatives

  • Apply technical or military-acquired skills in a civilian environment

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Support organizational goals through leadership execution and problem-solving


Qualifications:

  • Active Duty (within 180 days of separation) National Guard Reserve or Veteran

  • Demonstrated leadership technical or operational experience

  • Strong work ethic and adaptability in civilian work environments

  • Relevant certifications or clearances are a plus (not required)


Compensation

  • Salary ranges from $40k$110k/year depending on role location and experience

  • Opportunities include competitive benefits and career growth potential
