Location: Cumming GA
Type of contract: Full-time w2 or 1099
Salary: $18.00/hr

Position Overview
The primary objective of this role is to ensure efficient document management organize and oversee administrative operations and facilitate interactions with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Job Details
Assemble and dispatch E-Commerce orders.
Prepare materials for shows and maintain basic inventory.
Conduct monthly inventory checks of warehouse products and weekly checks for E-commerce and samples.
Review and approve orders for the warehouse ensuring all requirements are met.
Monitor and follow up on orders processed by the warehouse team.
Conduct quality inspections of incoming product containers at the warehouse.
Handle office reception duties including processing personnel entry and managing their requests promptly.
Collect organize and promptly send scanned documents and packages.
Handle bank deposits.
Transport products for Demos and arrange corresponding shipments.
Monitor and replenish general supplies (cleaning office warehouse) to ensure their availability.
Attend to office damage and maintenance issues promptly.
Perform daily administrative tasks such as filing handling correspondence scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate internal communications and maintain organized office systems.
Support HR and Finance with document preparation expense tracking and record keeping.
Serve as a point of contact for vendors clients and service providers.
Perform any additional duties as required or requested.
Requirements
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
High school education is a mandatory requirement.
One (1) year of relevant experience in related positions.
Proficiency in using computer or tablet including Office software.
