Base salary target $250000 (up to $300000 for the right candidate) Health insurance (Florida Blue) Dental & vision coverage Life insurance (Lincoln Financial) 15 days PTO 14 paid holidays 403(b) with 3% base contribution 6% employer match 457(b) retirement plan with employer match (eligible staff) $1500 CME allowance 5 additional CME days Eligible for HRSA NHSC Rural Community Loan Repayment & PSLF Malpractice coverage
