You are a Board Certified Primary Care Physician
You are currently serving as a CMO within an FQHC
You understand UDS HEDIS and HRSA compliance
You are comfortable holding providers accountable while building strong relationships

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary target $250000 (up to $300000 for the right candidate)
