Job Summary
We are seeking a Contract Specialist/Contract Administrator based in Texas preferably in the Houston metro area. The ideal candidate will review IT contracts compare them to provided templates recommend negotiation strategies identify contractual risks and coordinate meetings with vendors and our legal department.
Required Skills
- A minimum of four years experience managing a high volume of contracts is required.
- Strong contract review and comprehension skills are essential.
- The candidate will serve as a liaison ensuring smooth workflow between procurement legal and other relevant departments.
- Experience with intermediate contract negotiations and the use of templates to support internal processes is required.
- A solid understanding of contract terms and negotiation processes is necessary.
- Familiarity with technology equipment software and professional services contracts is required.
