Job Summary
As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning coordination and execution of complex programs. You will ensure that program objectives are met by facilitating communication across teams managing schedules and tracking progress to drive successful program delivery.
You will work out of our Atlanta GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of program execution contributing to the overall success and competitiveness of Honeywells projects by ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing project charters risk plans schedules and financial targets for successful delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on scope objectives and deliverables.
- Review contracts and estimates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Monitor program performance budgeting and cost controls providing regular updates to stakeholders including executive leadership.
- Financial forecasting working capital control and delivering the committed P&L.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years of experience in program or project management with a focus on estimation and budgeting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
WE VALUE
- Bachelors Degree in Business Project Management or a related field.
- Experience in managing complex programs in a corporate environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- PMP certifications
- State level licenses
