About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounting Administrator to join our finance team. This key role is essential in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our financial processes ensuring a robust and future-proof balance sheet and accurate financial statements. The Finance Administrator will support various finance functions including Purchase Order (PO) management Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GRIR) processes pricing setup Vistex reconciliation and training commercial professionals on software system usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support for Purchase Order processes and manage GRIR accounts ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.

• Assist with Vistex-related financial activities including reconciliation and monitoring for precise financial entries and reporting.

• Collaborate with sales and pricing teams to ensure accurate pricing setup in alignment with company policies.

• Conduct regular training sessions for sales professionals on relevant financial systems to enhance efficiency.

• Support the finance leadership team in preparing basic reports financial summaries and data analysis as required.

• Work closely with departments such as Marketing Supply Chain Customer Service and Procurement to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial processes.

• Assist with ad hoc accounting and administrative finance tasks as needed.

About You:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficient in financial software and systems; experience with SAP is required. Knowledge of Vistex Anaplan Ariba and One Stream is a plus with a strong ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and training.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel; experience with Tableau is an asset.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a capacity for implementing process improvements.
