Job Summary

Bell Ford is seeking a highly experienced Dealer Service Advisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of Service Advisor experience within a dealership environment be customerfocused and thrive in a fastpaced setting.

As an Experienced Dealer Service Advisor you will serve as the primary point of contact for service customers ensuring their needs are met with professionalism transparency and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted point of contact for walkin and scheduled service customers
• Actively listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate service solutions
• Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization
• Work closely with technicians to manage repair workflow and timelines
• Deliver timely professional updates to customers regarding service status
• Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation and records
• Stay informed on current promotions service packages and attachment opportunities
• Maintain a clean organized and customerready workspace
• Uphold Bell Fords commitment to quality integrity and professionalism

Qualifications

• 3 years of Service Advisor experience at a dealership
• Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and repair services
• Excellent communication sales and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred
• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Ability to multitask in a highvolume service environment
