Principal Product Manager Product Operations, Modeled Data

What You Will Do:

• Define and maintain content and operational standards for modeled data including product hierarchies taxonomies metadata and schema conventions

• Intake interpret and operationalize delivery platform requirements translating schemas metadata expectations SLAs and cadence into execution standards
• Prepare and align modeled data assets to be platformready ensuring metadata schemas and taxonomies integrate seamlessly across downstream delivery environments
• Establish and evolve product operations frameworks that enable consistent delivery dependency management and crossteam alignment across multiple Agile teams
• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks constraints and crossplatform dependencies driving operational readiness for launches changes and deprecations
• Own production readiness service reliability and operational health including incident learnings postlaunch reviews and external partner change coordination
• Define and track operational KPIs (availability quality adoption cost efficiency) and lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve scale reliability and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of product management experience with significant focus on product operations or platform delivery
• Experience operating and scaling modeled or analytical data products in production environments
• 3 years of engineering data platform or analytics experience
• Strong experience working in Agile environments with multiple dependent teams
• Proven production service ownership experience
• Experience working with regulated sensitive or privacyconstrained data
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or equivalent experience

What Will Set You Apart:

• Deep experience running product operations for data analytics or audience platforms
• Strong understanding of modeled data pipelines and analytical delivery workflows
• Experience operationalizing governance compliance and security requirements for data products
• Proven ability to guide and coach diverse teams through business process changes by driving alignment and execution across large matrixed organizations
• Experience operating enterprisescale data platforms spanning multiple teams and delivery environments
• Strong systems thinking with emphasis on repeatability scale and operational rigor
• Experience with cloudnative data platforms (e.g. Databricks Snowflake)
• Demonstrated ability to improve delivery velocity and production reliability through process and tooling
