The Role
As an Office Services Specialist you will be a key member of the Bottomline team responsible for supporting daytoday office operations and delivering engaging workplace experiences. This role plays a vital part in creating a welcoming efficient and collaborative environment for employees based in Bottomlines Portsmouth NH office. You will work closely with crossfunctional partners to plan organize and execute internal meetings and events while also providing administrative and facilities support that keeps the office running smoothly. This is a highly visible inoffice role that interacts with employees across all levels of the organization.
Work Location: Onsite Portsmouth NH
Work Authorization
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis without restriction. Visa sponsorship or transfers are not available for this position.
How Youll Contribute
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to plan and coordinate internal meetings events and officebased functions
- Collaborate closely with HR Marketing and Events teams to support dayof event execution
- Manage catering orders for corporate functions office social events and team meetings
- Drive employee engagement through creative and thoughtful inoffice activities
- Reinforce workplace culture by maintaining an efficient inviting and wellorganized office environment
- Assist with office and facilitiesrelated work orders and service tickets as needed
- Support frontofhouse operations including reception coverage and employee assistance
- Arrange and set up furniture and equipment for meetings events and office activities
- Distribute internal communications related to events celebrations and announcements
- Track eventrelated expenses and support budget management
- Coordinate with local vendors for quotes procurement and timely delivery of goods and services
- Meet regularly with facilities and events stakeholders to align on priorities and needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and workplace needs

- Prior experience in an administrative office services or workplace support role
- Handson experience coordinating corporate events or workplace functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
